    Second: plastic plastic machinery molds must be cleaned and polished regularly. When the air pressure switch is turned on and off, it must be slow to prevent the air flow rate from being too fast. The dirt is blown into the solenoid valve, and the exhaust valve is opened for 30 seconds to ensure the air is clean.

    Third: Check if the lamp can be damaged or broken. It is necessary to change it in time. Check whether the pneumatic components can leak air and whether the action can be flexible. Check if the triplet can be abnormally leaking, can it be infarged, and the water storage capacity of the cup can be too full. Plastic and plastic mechanical solenoid valves should be cleaned in time when there is an abnormality.



    Fourth: The swing arm can be added once every three days to four days. The heating chain has a large chain and a small chain once a month. Always check if the main reducer and the warmer reducer are short of oil. The main bearing can be added once every (2 - 3) months.

    Fifth: Check whether the high-pressure gas source, low-pressure gas source, power source, and water source are normal. Check each emergency stop switch, the safety door switch, and maintain the installation detection switch.

    Sixth: Check the heating head to enter the embryo, and whether the partial work of the embryo can be normal. If the inserted embryo is not in place, the pressure regulating embryo mounting nut can be adjusted.
