Small extruders usually use manual direct feeding; large extruders or multiple extruders are produced side by side. The feeding method of the hopper can be carried out by spring feeding, vacuum feeding and compressed air pipeline feeding.


1 spring loading device. It is a screw spring installed in a rubber tube, the spring is directly driven by the motor, and rotates at high speed in the rubber tube.


When the hopper needs to be loaded, the starting motor drives the spring to rotate, the raw material is driven by the spring spiral, and the upper end of the rubber tube is opened with a discharge port at the hopper, and the raw material rising to the discharge opening is thrown by the centrifugal force of the spring rotation. Mouth, enter the hopper. The feeding device has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation and maintenance, and is suitable for conveying pellets and powders.


2 vacuum feeding device. It is mainly composed of fans, suction pipes, storage bins, suction pipes, filter nets, electric control boxes and other components. When the hopper needs to be loaded, the fan is started, and a negative pressure is formed in the intermediate storage bin through the suction pipe and the filter net; and the suction pipe connected to the intermediate storage bin and the raw material tank sucks the raw materials in the raw material tank In the middle storage bin, when a certain amount is sucked in, the feeding relay acts, the fan stops working, and the suction operation stops; at this time, the discharging shutter opens to feed the extruder hopper.


3 compressed air pipeline to feed. The method of using the compressed air pipeline to feed the material is mostly applied to several extruders to produce the feed at the same time. In the relatively large-scale extrusion product workshop, the conveying material system is divided by a total feeding pipeline. The root pipe is fed to each extruder hopper. The method relies on compressed air and adopts a duct to convey materials, has a small footprint, is small in use, and has a relatively clean environment, and can be used for conveying pellets and powders.
