2. Spiral tube automatic feeding machine
The spiral tube type automatic feeding machine drives the stainless steel wire coil spring to rotate by the motor placed on the extruder hopper, and the plastic material is brought to the hopper to realize the feeding.
The working principle and working process of the spiral tube automatic feeding machine are as follows: when the plastic material level in the hopper on the extruder drops, the level sensor or the material level switch sends a signal, and the motor starts to drive the coil spring to operate, and the plastic material is taken. When the plastic material reaches the preset level, the motor stops and goes to the next cycle. At present, the spiral tube type automatic feeding machine can be used for large hollow machines with a vertical height of 6m or less, which has the advantages of stable feeding, less dust generation, and less strict particle size requirements of the side waste plastics, but stainless steel wire coil springs. And plastic hoses are more prone to wear and failure, requiring maintenance and maintenance.
From the situation that many domestic factories use automatic feeding equipment for the feeding of hollow blow molding machines, from the aspects of cost performance, maintenance and so on, when the vertical feeding height is below 6m, vacuum suction type automatic can be selected.
