Under normal circumstances, the regular maintenance of hollow blow molding machine equipment is once a year, time is often scheduled in the first few days of the holiday break or during the holiday period. By the equipment management personnel to participate in the guidance work, by the equipment maintenance workers and operators to work together.


The main contents of the regular maintenance work of the equipment are as follows:


① cleaning, scrubbing the hollow blow molding machine in all parts of the oil and electronic control box dust;


③ disassemble the gearbox, bearing cover, check the quality of the lubricant and the amount of metal powder in the oil, if necessary, to clean the oil change;


③ Check the wear of various transmission parts, wear more serious gears should be mapped, ready for the next maintenance replacement;


④ Check the wear of the belt in the V-belt drive, and adjust the tension of the V-shaped belt installation, the wear serious V-belt to be replaced;


⑤ Check the wear of the barrel and screw, for the mild scratches and wear rough surface, to use oil stone or fine sand cloth to repair smooth, record the measured size of the barrel, screw face;


⑥ record wear more serious V-shaped belt model specifications, bearing model specifications, maintenance work, put forward damage parts ordering plan, ready for the next maintenance replacement;


⑦ Check, calibrate the heating temperature of the barrel (measured with the use of silver thermometer) and the meter display temperature difference, in order to ensure the correct operation of the extrusion process temperature;


⑧ adjust and test each safety report to verify the reliability and accuracy of its work;


⑨ test, check whether all kinds of piping (water, gas and lubricants) are smooth, the leakage and blockage of the site to repair,


⑩ inspection, adjustment of electric heating device, cooling fan and safety cover position, to ensure that they can work effectively and normally.
