1) Belt drive. During operation, the belt may be slightly stretched and requires proper tension; the ends of the two pulleys should be on the same plane; for coupled drives, the coaxiality of the motor shaft and the gearbox shaft must be ensured.
2) The gearbox needs to be changed regularly. Choose 150 (or 220) medium pressure industrial gear oil. The new machine uses 500 hours to change the oil and then replaces the oil every 3,000 hours. When the machine has just stopped working and the gearbox is still hot, the oil will change. After extinguishing the old oil, wash the sediment with a small amount of fresh oil, clean the lubricating oil filter, and add the new oil to 1/2 to 2/3 of the liquid level window.
3) The temperature of the cylinder and mold is usually higher than 150 degrees. All fastening screws should be coated with copper disulfide for easy removal.
4) The precision of the mold parts is high, and the separation and assembly requires special care and skills. They can't be barbaric, preventing damage and deformation. Tightening the screws requires even diagonal tightening, paying attention to concentricity and verticality; multi-die should pay attention to the deviation of the center distance of the mold (<0.1).
5) The storage material of the cylinder head should be cleaned regularly, usually for about 1 week. The core overflow usually needs to be cleaned within 3 to 5 years, otherwise the storage stroke and wall thickness can be controlled.
6) Regular inspection: gearbox temperature, extrusion motor temperature, bucket root and cooling jacket temperature, mold head cooling plate temperature.
7) Safety reminder: The high temperature is in the position of the cylinder and the die head, and the force is applied to the heater terminal to pay attention to safety maintenance to prevent burns and electric shock.
