Therefore, this resistance heater is used by most injection machine screw cylinders.

Electric induction heater structure, the working principle is that the outer circle of the spiral cylinder is equipped with a coil, and the coil is equipped with a magnetically conductive silicon steel sheet. When the coil is AC, the silicon steel sheet and the spiral tube form a closed magnetic circuit. Electric current generates heat due to the resistance of the screw barrel.
