5) The magnetic frame should be placed in the hopper to prevent scrap metal from entering the screw, causing damage to the screw and mold parts or blocking the mold channel.

8) The automatic injection pressure of the cylinder is generally not very large, the actual injection time is generally greater than 5 seconds. Too fast can cause wall-thick tracking errors and melt breaks.
9) For machines equipped with wall thickness control system, the wall-thick controller must first be manually started and run, and then start the squeeze to prevent the mold port from being completely closed causing damage to the parts.
